3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for purchases made in error or due to a change of mind.

  • Compatibility Issues: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the digital product is compatible with their device or software. Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues.

  • Unauthorized Distribution: If we detect that the digital product has been distributed, shared, or used in violation of our terms of use, no refund will be provided.

  • Internet Problems: If you are unable to download the files due to file size or internet speed.
