Terms and Conditions for Digital Products - DAN

Welcome to DAN! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Shopify store and the purchase of digital products. By accessing or using our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or make a purchase.

1. Intellectual Property

All digital products available on DAN are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in the product description. You may not distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from the digital products without explicit written permission.

Integration in Software, Apps, or Automated Services:

The purchase of a standard Digital Product license grants the user the right to use the assets for personal or client-based content creation (e.g., videos, images, social media).

Unless an Extended License is granted in writing, you may not:

  • Incorporate the Assets into any software application, mobile app, web-based tool, or "generator" where the end-user can interact with or manipulate the assets.

  • Use the Assets as part of a "print-on-demand" or "automated design" service.

  • Use the Assets in any way that allows a third party to customize or render the assets via an automated interface.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others, violate any applicable laws, or disrupt the functionality of the website. All transactions are processed securely through the payment gateway provided by Shopify. Prices for digital products are as listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.
